Award for Hastings District Boundary Competitors in Senior Scholarships.
At least 1 of the 1st or 2nd place getters must reside fulltime within the Hastings District Boundary. E.g. If 1st place is awarded to a competitor residing outside the Hastings Area, then the 2nd place must go to a competitor that does reside fulltime within the Hastings Boundary. If 1st place is awarded to a Hastings District competitor, then 2nd place can be awarded to any competitor regardless of place of residence.
